How much is shipping?
The shipping and handling fees charged by Capala Swim at the time of purchase cover the cost of shipping your order to your location. However, they do not include any customs, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your local government.

What is your return policy?
You can return your items for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges) if you return this to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping date must be within the 14 days also, any returns shipped over this date will be refunded with credit.
- Items must be returned unworn within 14 days. Items will be inspected and if they meet the criteria they will be accepted.
- Items must be in the same condition they were received in.
- Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached
- Unworn items must be returned in original CAPALA bag
- Your refund will take up to 7 days.
Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage incase your returns in the rare case of your items being lost in transit so we can look into this.
Returns will be at the purchasers expense.
How do I create a refund?

How do I track my package?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and you will get shipping updates and tracking to your email via Shopify.

Something is wrong with my package
Our products at CAPALA SWIM are quality controlled, however if there is a rare occasion of one of our items being damaged, please email info@capalaswim.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
PLEASE NOTE - None of our prints will come out the same, each item is unique to it's buyer.

How do I care for my swimwear?
Care Instructions
Every Capala piece is designed with precision and crafted to last. To preserve the quality of your swimwear and resortwear, strict care is essential:
- Hand wash only in cold water with a mild detergent.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry — this will damage the fabric.
- Rinse immediately after contact with chlorine, salt water, or sunscreen.
- Dry flat in the shade; never expose to direct heat or prolonged sunlight.
- For delicate fabrics, a gentle dry clean is recommended.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage to your garment and will not be considered a fault in quality.
What materials are your swimsuits made of?
Our swimwear is crafted from high-quality, durable fabrics like nylon, spandex, and recycled blends, depending on the style. You’ll find exact fabric details on each product page.
Will the swimwear stretch or lose shape?
Our swimwear is designed to hold its shape while offering just the right amount of stretch. With proper care, it will stay flattering and comfortable for seasons to come. Proper care is needed <3 look after your swim!!! She goes through a lot.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Discount codes typically can’t be stacked with other promotions or sale items unless stated otherwise. Keep an eye on our promo terms for each offer.
Do you offer first-time customer discounts?

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. After that, the order may already be in production or on its way.
